Wesley provides essential support for individuals and families at risk of homelessness in the Halton Region, helping them find both immediate and long-term, safe, and stable housing solutions.

Housing First: Wesley assists chronically and episodically homeless residents of Halton in securing permanent housing while offering services and supports to ensure long-term housing stability. Referrals to this program are made through Halton’s Homelessness Response System.

Emergency Supportive Housing Program: This housing focused program supports families and women who are experiencing homelessness. Through dedicated case management, clients are guided to secure permanent long term housing. This program is specifically geared for residents of Halton. For referrals, you can also call 311 in Halton and inquire about the Wesley Emergency Supportive Housing Program.

Community Housing Support Worker Program: The Community Housing Support Worker (CHSW) collaborates with community housing providers in Halton to address issues related to tenancy preservation. The program provides support to adults, families, and youth to prevent evictions, access necessary services, and build capacity within housing organizations. Referrals to this program are made through Halton Region.
