Housing First: Wesley assists chronically and episodically homeless residents of Halton in securing permanent housing while offering services and supports to ensure long-term housing stability. Referrals to this program are made through Halton’s Homelessness Response System.

Emergency Supportive Housing Program: This housing focused program supports families and women who are experiencing homelessness. Through dedicated case management, clients are guided to secure permanent long term housing. This program is specifically geared for residents of Halton. Community Housing Support Worker Program: The Community Housing Support Worker (CHSW) collaborates with community housing providers in Halton to address issues related to tenancy preservation. Wesley Asylum Seekers Assistance Program (ASAP) in Halton
 
Wesley has launched a pilot program in the Halton Region to expand the reach of the Asylum Seekers Assistance Program (ASAP). This pilot builds on Wesley’s ongoing ASAP work by providing coordinated intake, transitional housing, and intensive case management for asylum seekers and refugee claimants. Participants receive support in accessing essential community, settlement, health, income, and immigration services, while working toward achieving stable, permanent housing in the community.
