Wesley’s New Chief Financial Officer

Please join us in welcoming Naseem Shabudeen to Wesley’s leadership team as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and ex-officio member of the Wesley Board of Directors.

Naseem Shabudeen is an accomplished finance leader with over 16 years of experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.

She has solid experience in leading teams and strengthening systems to improve business performance and achieve organizational goals and is known for her keen attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and exceptional customer service. Her strengths are budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Her work experience is complemented by strong academic knowledge. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)/Certified General Accountant of Ontario (CGA).
