Supportive Housing

We offer ten suites of enhanced supportive living arrangements for individuals with a Dual Diagnosis, including Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective and Bipolar Disorders, and/or Intellectual Disabilities/Autism.

Our program provides structured programming, therapeutic recreation, and support for community integration and transition. Each individual receives an individualized care plan designed to restore, maintain, and improve their quality of life. This program addresses a critical gap in community services, aiming to reduce Alternative Level of Care (ALC) rates in hospitals.

Referrals are made through St. Joseph’s Hospital.
