The Youth Diversion Program supports young people aged 16 to 24 who are accessing shelter for the first time, at risk of homelessness, couch surfing, or experiencing family conflict. Our goal is to help youth avoid the shelter system and find stable, long-term solutions.
Through case management, shelter diversion, housing support, and family mediation, we connect youth with resources to minimize their risk of homelessness. When needed, short-term accommodation at Wesley Youth Housing is available as part of our housing support services.
By building personalized support plans and community connections, we help young people find safe and sustainable housing options.
