The Wesley Family Home Visitors Program offers free home visits to support expectant mothers and new parents.
Our trained staff provide guidance on healthy pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, nutrition, child growth and development, self-care, and parenting. We also help families connect with local parent-child services and community resources.
As part of the City of Hamilton’s Healthy Babies, Healthy Children Program, our mobile team visits pregnant individuals and parents with children from birth to school entry. We offer personalized support for a healthy pregnancy, bonding with your baby, breastfeeding, nutrition, parenting skills, and child development.
