In collaboration with community partners, Wesley has developed an evidence-based program specifically designed to address harmful hoarding behaviours that significantly impact individuals’ living conditions, quality of life, tenancy stability, and overall health.
- Mobile and streamlined intake assessments.
- A structured, 16-week, one-to-one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)-based hoarding intervention.

Program: Buried in Treasures Support Group
The Buried in Treasures Support Group is a 15-week hybrid program (delivered either in-person and online) designed for individuals struggling with hoarding behaviors. This evidence-based group provides a structured, supportive environment for participants to understand and address the challenges of clutter, gain practical tools for change, and build a supportive community.
