Youth Diversion Program
For youth, ages 16-24, who are accessing shelter for the first time, at imminent risk of becoming homeless, couch surfing or experiencing family conflict.
- Working to divert youth from the shelter system and homelessness
- Create supports and community referrals to minimize the risk of homelessness
- Case management, shelter diversion, housing supports and family mediation
- Short-term accommodation at Wesley Youth Housing as one of the housing supports
