Wesley’s New Building

On July 21^st, we shared a sneak peek of our new building at 467 Main St East, Hamilton, with our staff and board of directors last week before we start renovations in August.

As we have at 52 Catharine St N, at our new building we will temporarily house refugee families arriving in Canada and also run the Special Care Unit, a residential program for individuals with substance use issues. With more space, we will be able to help more people. We will also have outreach and client support workers working out at the same site. Our head office and support staff will also be moving and there will be children’s play spaces, medical rooms, on-site food preparation, meeting rooms and shared workspaces.

We have a tight timeline to work with contractors to get everything ready for a November move-in date and we truly appreciate your patience and support as we start this exciting new chapter for Wesley to do more to serve our community.
