#WEareWESLEY – Bailey

Bailey, our Manager of Youth Housing Services, is passionate about providing empathetic care to local youth when their personal support systems fracture. She aims to help her clients achieve their goals while providing a safe, caring environment. Guiding them to the services they need to be successful. Her team’s “number one goal is to ensure that young people never return to homelessness.”  

One of the most rewarding aspects of Bailey’s work is being a part of the young people’s journey. From providing housing and basic needs to supporting them in finding a job or attending school, Bailey is there to offer guidance and support. The youth Wesley support often report being able to sustain a job or successfully live on their own, which is a testament to the powerful impact of Wesley’s Youth Housing Program.
