Wesley’s Housing Services provides a lifeline for those facing housing instability through programs like:
- Housing First – helping people move from homelessness to permanent housing with services and support to ensure long-term housing stability.
- Emergency Supportive Housing Program – offering temporary shelter and case management for families and women.
- Community Housing Support Worker Program– working to prevent eviction and support long-term housing success.
By attending or donating to Rise Again, you can help extend the impact of these programs and ensure support reaches those who need it most in Halton.
