Day Centre

Day Centre has now closed as a drop-in program.

Housing Services – Hamilton

A Housing first program supporting individuals experiencing episodic and chronic homelessness to acquire and maintain safe and affordable, stable housing in the community.

Housing Services – Halton

Supports individuals and families at risk of homelessness in the Halton Region, to find immediate and long-term, safe and stable housing alternatives.

Supportive Housing

Ten suites of enhanced supportive living arrangement for individuals with Dual Diagnosis, including Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective and Bipolar Disorders and/or Intellectual Disability/Autism.

Special Care Unit

Harm reduction and managed alcohol program for men and women experiencing homelessness, addiction and serious health problems, using an evidence-based model.

We are one of the longest standing non-profits in the region, serving Hamilton, Halton and Brantford. We fight for those battling the effects of poverty, in every stage and from every walk of life.
