Supports for individuals and families at risk of homelessness in the Halton Region, to find immediate and long-term, safe and stable housing alternatives
Housing First:
Wesley supports chronically and episodically homeless residents of Halton Region to move into permanent housing and facilitate services and supports that promote housing stability. Referrals are made through Halton’s Homelessness Response System.
Emergency Supportive Housing Program:
The Emergency Supportive Housing Program serves families and women who are experiencing homelessness. Through case management, clients are supported in finding permanent housing within 30-60 days. This program is for residents of the Halton Region.

Community Housing Support Worker Program:
The Community Housing Support Worker (CHSW) works with Community Housing providers in Halton to intervene in situations related to preserving tenancies and providing supports for adults, families, and youth. The overall outcome is to support tenants in accessing and navigating support services, preventing evictions, and facilitating training for community housing providers to increase their internal capacity.
