Strike Out Homelessness!

On August 22, come on out to Turner Park on the Hamilton mountain and help us strikeout poverty at our 2nd-annual Baseball Day, featuring a shortened Baseball Tourney and Home Run Derby!

This event takes place on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 from 10:30-2:30 p.m. and is geared towards workplace teams, individuals, families, camps and anyone else that wants to play baseball for a great cause. Stay for as little or as long as you’d like Tourney games are each one hour and the team with the highest score from the day will be declared the winners and awarded a team prize!

Registration is now open, and teams of 10 people (men, women and youth 14+) can sign up to play for $200/team ($20 per person) for your choice of an 11 a.m., 12 noon, or 1 p.m. game.

Individual players are also welcome to register for $20 and will be assigned to an existing team.

All registered teams will receive one home run derby ticket per player. Additional home run derby tickets will be available for $5 each on the day of the event.

A BBQ lunch is included with registration, and unregistered spectators, families and friends of players are welcome to purchase BBQ tickets on-site.

100% of proceeds from this event will support recreational activities for youth and adults experiencing homelessness in Hamilton.
