Healthy Babies, Healthy Children
Healthy Babies, Healthy Children is a free, prevention/intervention initiative designed to help families promote healthy child development and to help their children achieve their full potential.
A team of Public Health Nurses and Family Home Visitors visit homes to assist families with parenting and the promotion of healthy child development in the City of Hamilton. The program offers screening services for children from prenatal to age 6, postpartum support services and information about resources in the community.

Referrals to the Healthy Babies Healthy Children program can be made by calling Health Connections at (905) 546-3550 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
